Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist

Dean Gounden from Discovery Insure, I just want to thank you for all your assistance on Sunday, 19 Aug 2018. I cannot begin to explain how much his support and patience helped with the whole situation of being locked out of my car and stranded very far from home alone. As a woman on my own it can be very stressful to be put in a situation like this, however with Dean's help and with Discovery Insure, everything ran as smoothly as possible under the circumstances and I managed to get home safely. Dean's service was impeccable and I am very satisfied with the service and his genuine empathy, understanding and his efforts to constantly follow up to ensure that I was safe and that assistance was on its way.
