Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assis

Moloko Mathabathe was very helpful, she kept checking on me, however the man sent to assist me from "First Contact Road Assist" was not of any help he did not even make an effort, after jumpstarting my car once, he was quick to conclude my battery was not the problem. I asked him to try again and he refused. A friend of mine ended up helping with jumpstarting my car. Despite the incident with this person, I was happy with the assistance from Discovery. Keep it up :)
