Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist (Towing/Home Assist)

When I needed roadside assistance on 21 June 2023, I called Discovery Insure and Aretha Tobias answered. I was assisted within 30 minutes of making the call, I anticipated a wait of an hour or more because it was peak hour. I received a Whatsapp from her so that I could send her my exact location.
