Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist (Recovery)
I needed urgent assistance with my car and phoned Discovery Insure and request a call back. Sibukeli Kolondiya phoned me back and assisted me profesionally to get my concern sorted out. It was a Saturday and he kept me up to date who will assist me and how long it will take. once my concern was sorted out Sibukeli Kolondiya phoned back to make sure i am okay. one of the reasons i am with Discovery insure is there road side assistance and i hope they NEVER change there current structure
