I had a geyser burst on a Saturday and my tenants were all up in my hair about getting it resolved. I had a little difficulty at receiving some assistance when I magically ended up at Sibukeli ‘Sbu’ Kolondiya and he weaved some magic making it all better. He kept me thoroughly updated through the whole process with great professionalism. He even provided me with a direct number so I can get hold of him whenever I want to know something and I didn't need to use that number once because he reacted preemptively to keep me up to date. Such a fantastic experience, I might just use that number next time I have a problem so that it can be sorted so quickly and efficiently as was the case the moment he took over to resolve the problem.
