Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist (Locksmith) Discovery Insure team, you rock!

Wow I was blown away yesterday evening by the Discovery Insure team. After initially being assisted by Mpumelelo Khoza and Moses Malinga from the Discovery Emergency call in centre. Sibukeli Kolondiya impressed me the most. What amazing service, kindness, patience and follow up! After being locked out of my house for almost 2hrs and waiting for the Standard Bank Insurance team to assist whose service provide AZ Electron & Locksmith was unprofessional and refused to assist. The Discovery team and especially Sbu went above and beyond to make sure that the Locksmith Peter from Northen Keys found my house and was able to replace my door handle which had broken off. This all happened at 21.30. It was late I was tired and yet Sbu was not going to give up to make sure me and my family were safe for the night. Being a single parent with 2 children , this meant the world to me!
