Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist (Jump-start)
My vehicle required a jump start at a local shopping centre in Cape Town. Help was not available at the shopping centre and I turned to Discovery Insure to assist me. I spoke to Sibukeli Kolondiya at the call centre which assisted professionally and quickly.
Sibu asked me relevant questions, and committed to sending help to me quickly. The assistance was confirmed within 10 minutes, and a vehicle arrived within 30 minutes. Sibu called me to confirm that help is on the way, and afterwards to ensure I got home safely after the vehicle was jump started.
Discovery is in good hands with staff like this, and has ensured that I will stay with the company for a long time.
