Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist - It was a stormy afternoon

This past SaturdayI locked my keys in my car ('88 Base Line Land Cruiser Station Wagon with no electric anything), I was picking up my date for a themed party, had to go inside her place to add to my Naval Captain outfit. Needed something out of the car and it was then that I realised my silly act. I called the number on the Discovery Insure sticker in my window and was assisted by Vinceno Wilhase. He was courteous and professional, took all my details and said he'll call me right back to let me know when the locksmith would arrive to unlock my car. He called me right back as promised and informed me that the Fast & Furious team were on route. He ****, he said they would be half an hour to 45 minutes... They got there in 20 minutes...Thanks Vinceno, the rest of the evening was plain sailing. Peace
