Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist (Accident Towing)

What an absolute wonderful experience! I had the unfortunate happening of an accident on Monday morning , with my two kids in the car with me, someone jumped a robot and drove straight into my car. Not even 3 minutes after the accident happened Discovery Insure phoned me and Sibu Kolondiya of "Nthabeleng Motlhokoana & Sbu Kolondiya" was on the other side of the line helping me with everything! From making sure me and my kids are fine, ready to organize medical attention and police and breakdown services. Keeping us all calm and taking over everything that I could not think of and more to ease this very emotional and dramatic event. Mr Kolondiya assisted me with everything in a very professional manner and kept me up to date with the breakdown service and helped me with everything that I needed to do on the scene. I am very fortunate that our paths crossed on the unfortunate morning and I am very thankful that I am insured through Discovery Insure. He even followed up later that day to make sure we do not need trauma counselling. Absolute awesome experience in very unfortunate situation. Thank you very much Mr Kolondiya!
