Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist
Initially some confusion around whether my vehicle could be towed or not but ultimately received excellent service from Operations Service Consultant Jade Matjeke in arranging everything and following up with a call afterwards. Also, a shout out to Heinrich from Cape Road Assist who was punctual, courteous and professional in towing my vehicle.
