Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist
On Friday night (18 Oct 2019) I locked my keys in the boot and called my Discover Insure broker first who then got an agent, Fezzy Ndumela to call me at around 7:15pm. After taking my details and confirming where the car was the locksmith allocated to the job arrived just after 8pm and within 15 minutes I had retrieved my car keys in the boot. Considering I just signed on with Discover Insure from the 1st of October I have to commend my agent Grant Wills and the Discover Insure team for making my first emergency call a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work guys!!
