Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist

My wife was hijacked and kidnapped on Friday evening on her way home, I was not even aware until Discovery Insure (Vinceno Wilhase) called to alert me. She was bamboozled by 4 men with weapons as she was leaving an Engen Garage. They put her in the getaway car whilst the two other men drove off with her car. I received a call 2 hours later from Discovery tracker alerting me that the battery has been tampered with in a high risk area. They attempted to call her with no luck which triggered Discovery Insure (Vinceno Wilhase) to dispatch the security on the ground to move in immediately. Vinceno from Discovery Insurer was so awesome in the way he carried himself regarding the constant communication he kept between myself and the security on the ground. His advice on what i must do (open a police case), telling me to call the last person she was seen with, asking me use social media to reach out to more people for assistance. I'm truly grateful to Vinceno Wilhase for the great customer service he rendered to us during those difficult hour of our lives. Thank you very brother, your truly great at what you do. Thank you for assisting to get her home safely unharmed.
