Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist

After a long day and with traffic in Strijdom Park I missed my turn off, as I do not know the roads so well, I followed my GPS. Turning into a road with misjudging the turn and making sure it is the correct road, I drove over a pavement. My wheel instantly burst and I stopped.

As I was about to phone, Discovery insure phoned, Janine Mitchell was on the other line asking if everything was fine as she picked up an incident via the Discovery Insure application. I explained to her what happened and she confirmed the damage to my vehicle and said she will phone right back to confirm when Roadside Assist will be there. Janine phoned back withing a few min confirming someone will be there within half an hour due to the traffic and I can expect someone from Autohaus to assist and she will phone me back within 45.

Not even 10min someone from Autohaus was there, I am really bad at remembering names. His assistance was great, there was struggle as my changing my tyre, the lock-nut was not with my spare wheel. He helped until my wheel was changed and I was on the road safely.
