Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist

Right after I had a car accident, Patrick Ndopu from Discovery Insure called me to make sure I was alright and to reassure me that help is on its way. He walked me through what I should do next and constantly made sure that I was alright. He also called both my parents to inform them of the nature of the accident and my location, as well as assure them that I am alright. I immediately felt more at ease in spite of the traumatic event.
