Insurance that does not care about their clients

I was involved in A car accident on 18th June2015.The horror ended up not the trauma of the accident but dealing with the insurance?.The were delays from the accident to date!It took forever to arange for an assessor,to arrange trauma counseling and now to get my car re-assessed as I head shocked upon car pickup from the panel beaters to find out there were damaged that had not been identified by the assessor.I am now driving a car with over 30cm cracked windscreen&amp
