Insurance Rescue or a **** - Shamanie Pillay

I'm currently unemployed and missed a payment on my insurance at the end of last month. I was informed that Discovery will deduct the payment on the 10th of August seeing that there was no money in my account on the 25th of July. No payment was deducted on the 10th of August and I phoned Discovery on the 11th to ask why the money was not deducted, the person I spoke to said that she would log a case.

I received a call from Shamanie yesterday to explain to me that my policy has lapse and I don't have any cover on the the 2 cars on my policy. At first I wanted to fight, because Discovery did not comply to the conditions of deducting my money off my bank account on the 10th, in other words, my cars was not covered anymore. Shamanie very professionally sold my policy back to me with a discounted price :-)

Thank you Shamanie for the professional way you solved my problem, but I still need to know when the money will be deducted from my bank account, as I've just looked and it is still not deducted. Are my cars covered, or should I get coverage from another supplier? I know that this is a situation for your debtors department to sort out, please can they get back to me in the nice professional manner you have shown me.
