Insurance renewal.
I received a mail on my new policy for next month which included the premium increase. I first spoke to Jalen who was efficient and polite. I was then transferred to retention department. Person Responsible: Shafick Allow Department: Retentions Supplier: Discovery Insure Branch: Sandton Everything was quick, efficient and explained. A discount was app**** and the new schedule emailed to me immediately. Well done guys.
