Insurance quote received

I am currently appaled at the service provided to me by discovery insurance. I have been a client since July 2014 and I have never experienced this level of incompetance. I called on the 4 May to obtain a quote as I am purchasing a new vehicle. I spoke to a Joanna Mabuza(Call centre consultant) and I was quoted R1800 and I complained that the premuim was to high. She then spoke to her manager who then gave me a R100 discount. At that point this quote was higher than all the other quotes that I had received but because I was a long standing customer I was willing to take the increase. My car was not ready so I did not not activate the cover. I called today 10/05/2016 inorder to activate the quote I had received. It was at this point that things got confusing. I called and I was told that I need to do another quote. So we went through the same details with the new consultant( I did not get his name) he told me that the premuim calculated was too high and that he must have a system issue. I asked what the premuim was and I was told that the premuim was R2400. I then asked that he refer to the previous quote because this was R700 higher than the original quote I was given last week. He put me on hold and checked the quote. He then notified me that there was a mistake on the quote in relation to the nighttime address given, Jo anna (Call center consultant) had put it as the Morningside in Sandton instead of Durban. So at this point I asked to speak to his supervisor Marc Kuypers (Insurance specialists) . He was very rude from the onset. I explained what happened and how the mistake on the quote was not my fault. I asked him to listen to the tapes of the initial quote inorder to see that I had provided the correct information. He refused to acknowledge the error made by his colleague and did not try to keep my business. All he kept saying is that he will provide the cover on the correct information and that I should take it or leave it. The point I was trying to get across to him is that the error was not on my side and he at no point had tried to retain my business or even apologise for the mess. I will not accept poor customer service and thus have taken my business elsewhere. I have several Discovery products but if this is the attitude of management I will be forced to take my business elsewhere. I have just called outsurance and my quote came in at R1632.
