Insurance protocol

I had 3 incedents in one month. 2 motor vihile and one houshould. One vehicle written off. Not once did I had any flak from my insurer. They carry the risks and we pay them to do so. Is that not what insurance should be about? They keep you posted on the claims progress and resolve items within 72 hrs after the intial claims. Well done discovery!
