Insurance policy banking details
I have 2 insurance policies with Discovery insure, in the name of two separate entities. I been trying for 2 weeks to have different bank details for these entities to no avail. If the one changes, the other one changes with it to the same details, and vise versa. Every day!!
Its costing me a fortune in telephone costs and is still not resolved.
