After our mobile phone was ******, I lodged a claim online. I received a response with their agent's name and contact details within minutes after lodging. The contact person was Martha Manabalala whose assistance was tremendous - we received the voucher for replacement of the phone within 5 hours after lodging the claim. Tremendous service!
