I would just like commend Boitumelo Mathatho for such great service i received from her yesterday 24/03/2015. I had missed a premium and called to have my policy reactivated, it turned out my policy had to be re-issued. A process that Boitumelo made so seamless from start to finish, she took ownership of my dilemma, with her expert knowledge of internal processes and procedures - she knew exactly what had to be done and how while keeping me informed every step of the way till we concluded our call. I had moved my vehicle/Household policy to another insurance company and being back with Discovery is probably the best move, Boitumelo reminded me of that. As if that was not enough, because im a Discovery Health and Vitality member also have a Life policy i qualified for discount that has me saving R600 in comparison to the other insurance company, I couldn't be happier. <br> <br> Thank you once again
