<p>Insurance in a pickle</p> <p>The agents, Gustav Roentgen and Boitumelo Mathatho, were helpful and understanding of the system and how to assist me in the best possible manner to ensure that I wasa comfortable and explained each process clearly and in a freindly manner. </p> <p> </p> <p>Gustav was key in identifying the best possible solution to my predicament and made sure that I did not go too long with out cover, is effeciency, honesty and sense of urgancy, kept me from panicing and asured me that the matter was going to be sorted by the end of the day. There after Boitumelo was swift and the most freindliest person I have delt with. Especially considering that she helped me close to the end of the business day on the first friday of the year. He excitment, enthusiasm at the end of the day, felt as if she had just started her shift. </p> <p> </p> <p>The experience made me feel that being covered was not just another sale but rather a necesity for peace of mine. </p> <p> </p> <p>I truely felt that I was the only person that the team was helping. </p> <p> </p> <p>Both agents were definitly good representatives of what Discovery stands for and are living proof.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really good experience and very satisfied with the services that were delivereed. </p> <p> </p> <p>welldone team.</p>
