Insurance issues
I had a car insured by PMD insurance, then I wa involved in an accident, then I went to them for claiming, they declined my claim because I was insuring my car as a private use but I was using it to do a satain business, and they knew that, and kept quiret, but keep on collecting my money every month, ok, then because the accident wasn't caused by me, I decided to go to the insure of the person who caused the accident, which is Discovery insurance, they said they can only pay me R58 000 yet my car with 170 000, and they said it is a write-off, Please help, I need to know if what did was right.

30 Mar 2022, 16:26Ok thank you for taking that into consideration, I'm not fighting, I just wanted the fairness in this case because I'm a victim here, but some body is assuming that I could have avoided the accident, not knowing how close was the car that makes a turn Infront of me, and thinks I caused the accident deliberately, so please don't judge people based on an assumption whereas he is a victim, like me, I have lost a lot in this situation but some body thinks I did these deliberately.
