Worst Insurance on the planet. Stay far away

They have a contact number that does not work when you call it. (What type of business are they running?)

I've been struggling to cancel my policy for over 2 weeks because the sensor they installed in my car is draining my car's battery. When I email or try to contact them they don't reply. I managed to reach someone via Twitter and eventually got a callback. But then they drop your call when you speak about cancelling.

I'm busy lodging a complaint with the Ombudsman for short-term insurance(OSTI) to force them to cancel my policy.
