Insurance dont want to claim - Discovery

It is disappointing that insurance will roll the red carpet & give you best service when open a new policy. Once you put in a claim you become the enemy. Even their claims dept is full of impatient people. I was told Discovery has the best service for car insurance. That is true until you have and accident and have to put in a claim
