Insurance Companies Disappointing

We are so disappointed with the service from Discovery consultant GRETCHEN RUBIN, regarding a third party claim for my mothers vehicle accident, the process started early Feb 2024, I sent through all the documents required to process the claim, claim was approved sometime March, banking details were sent 3 times , and thats when the run around and chasing started, we have to spend hours on the phone calling Gretchen Rubin for feedback as the waiting period of 14 working days had long passed, he is never available and he has never made a single call regarding this inconvience, the complaints department is just as bad, as they only acknowledge receiving a complaint, but they still havent made any communication regarding the matter.
