Insurance claim well managed

I had an unfortunate break in to our home last month and recorded a claim. The claim was responded to by Jane Legodi. She handled my claim efficiently, professionally, and patiently, and settled the matter quickly.

When I had cause to alter the claim, her response was immediate and empathetic.
