Insurance claim unresolved after six months

I signed up with Vitalitydrive because they reward good driving behaviour. But after submitting a third-party claim six months ago, I am now being threatened with legal action by the damaged party. Discovery takes days to get back to me, if at all, and I have had to send umpteen emails to follow up on this. They claim to be user-friendly, but I cannot follow up on their website as they state. I have cancelled my policy because I can now get significantly cheaper insurance through Hollard's Naked Insure.
