Insurance claim sorted without any hassle

I'd love to give my highest praise to Discovery Insure and in particular Reginald Moloto whom I have had the absolute pleasure of being in contact with for a household contents claim as a result of a power surge. The claim process on the app is easy to use and very user-friendly. This is then followed up with an email stating that your claim has been captured as well as giving you the person that will be handling your claim (Reginald in my case) with all their contact details should you have any queries. You are continuously notified about progress throughout the process and all individuals whom I have been in contact with (assessor, call-centre, Reginald via phone and email as well as the supplier of replacement goods) are very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful at all times. Should I have been able to the nature of the review would have been "Great Attitude", "Customer Service", "Great Service" and "Efficient Staff". After all the horror stories one hears about insurance companies not delivering on promises (I was half dreading claiming as a result), this was a very welcome breeze of fresh air. Not a single complaint and looking forward to delivery of replacement items. Thank you Discovery and Reginald!
