INSURANCE CLAIM ON AFTER CAR ACCIDENT

Fantastic, personal service. I am very impressed with the speed of processing of my claim. Two areas of improvement: 1. Awareness of your app which activates claim at scene of accident would have helped me to do a better job in submitting all pics and details - this could be my fault but perhaps you need to ensure people are aware. 2. The panel beater left out a fairly obvious portion of the job undone - they did not check that all parts of the area of damage were completely functional post repair, requiring me to take back my car for second time so they could complete job. That said, Discovery Insure authorised required work promptly and I was able to get job completed without further pain. Well done Discovery Insure, very professional.
