Insurance claim not paid out

I spoke on numerous occasions to Donovan, and he assured me that the claim will be taken care of. However only part of the money has been paid out to me, and it's has been almost 5months now. *********** staff, and poor service all around from Discovery. I would not recomend anyone to make use of their services.
