Insurance Claim not Paid for what reason?

I would like a supervisor or senior manager or even director to be in contact with me. My wife and I have discussed this at lengthc, and are beyond disappointed at the service we have received. We pay every month and you are happy to take our money. My wife has her car insured with discovery, which we are considering changing due to the shocking customer service. We did all that was asked if us. We reported to the police had them come to our house,, had you come to our place on numerous occasions and endless phone calls. We pay insurance for a reason clearly discovery does not care for their paying customers. We have been discovery clients for 3 years now our premiums go up but what do we get in return a slap in the face!!! I would like a director or senior manager to be in contact with me or I will be taking this further!!! We provided you with all documents including a protection order that I believe had nothing to do with you or your company but yet we provided it, that is my personal life and my wife’s!! The way this has all been handled has been a disappointing experience for a company of your image and name! My ? Is what am I paying insurance for if at the end of the day we get played for a fool I spend money every month for what? My wife spends R1000.00 a month to ensure her car for what ? I would like this issue resolved and dealt with ASAP. Thank you, regards Sean Steyn
