Insurance Claim - Motor vehicle

<p>I submitted a claim to Discovery Insure, Sandton Branch and was assisted by Tovhowani Mufamadi from the Claims Department. Tovhowani provided the best service when I was claiming for my car. He was always providing feedback and updating me on the process.</p> <p>I had to drive from KZN to Gauteng but the Discovery had not received the assessor's report even though they had advised I can drive the car. I asked Tovhowani if he can instead phone the assessor and confirm that I could drive the car to Gauteng as I urgently needed to go and he did just that and updated me. The claim was hustle free and I was happy with everything.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is good to be assisted by someone who is always willing to go a step further.</p>
