Insurance Claim: Kelebogile Dude

After an armed ******* in December 2017, I called Ms Kelebogile Dube from Discovery Insurnace: She was extremely professional and helpful - more so in insuring that all my claims were submitted and handled according to due process.

There were some glitches which needed to be attended to and Kelebogile ensured that I received the necessary help.

The process was frustrating at times, but all in all- the communication received regarding the status of my claim was great.

Discovery and their team, from Kelebogile to the assessor Deon and my rock star brokers at Peter Van Beek left an indelible impression upon me. To be honest, this incidence was a make or break for me with regards to my remaining insured with Discovery or not - Now I’m certain that Discovey is the right choice.

Barring some few communication hiccups - I know that I can trust Kelebogile to handle my claims with great satisfaction.
