Insurance Claim

My family and I were traumatised by a house ******* wherein we were sleeping when the ******* broke in and stole all our valuables. I phoned Discovery to lodge a claim and was attended to by Tshwarelo Mathe - the claims administrator. I am very grateful for the warm and compassionate way that Tshwarelo communicated with me at this diffcull time. He was also very proactive in letting me know what the status of my claim was while I had other urgent things to attend to. He was very efficient in processing the claim and giving me feedback as soon as this was done. Thank you Tshwarelo.
