Insurance claim
Really disgusting service given by discovery insure regarding my vehicle claim. Employee of discovery that is handling my claim refuses to assist me my vehicle is sitting damaged for over a month with no feedback to my emails. People beautiful when you are taking up insurance with discovery they can take your premiums but give a dn when u claim

07 Sept 2022, 18:47Haven't yet gotten any feed back after been given a private reply that you guys are handling my claim. When i last spoke to a consultant by the name of Obri on Saturday 3/9/22 he advised me i will get feedback on Tuesday its a day that passed and no sign of feed back. I think discovery is just taking us customers for a ride regarding claims and its really messed up . Premiums paid on time yet service takes forever to be rendered. Pathetic, strongly feel on canceling all my insurance from discovery.
