Insurance Claim

Excellent Efficient Service. After 10 Years with my previous insurer I changed to Discovery Insure, due to financial motivation. Their premium is R1000 less than what I was paying at my current insurer and that included not having any access payments! I was however a bit concerned when it was time to claim - you know the saying when it is too good to be true! Well I just had a claim on electronic equipment that failed due to power surges in our area. Mannaseh Plaatjies was my claims handler. Absolute fast, friendly and efficient. The electronic company collected the damaged items the same day and within 48 hours my claimed was finalized and my equipment replaced! I cannot fault them on anything. Not a cent access payed. Very welcome this time of the year.
