I lodged a claim and I was assisted by one Miss Dorothy Makhele who was so kind and caring to me. Dorothy advised me to just get a quote for my broken canopy window. However, I delayed submitting the quote to her and she personally made a follow up to remind me. Same day I submitted the quote my claim was approved hassle free. Within 48 hours the money for the claim was in my bank account and Dorothy sent email as confirmation proof.
