Insurance Claim

I dealt with a Natasja Badenhorst from Discovery Insure and she was most helpful from explaining what can and cannot be claimed. Sending me screen shots of the policy that is applicable meant that I did not have to go and look through the document myself. She kept me up to date with the claim process. Discovery were patient when it came to me sourcing quotes which was a relief. I was only able to source a single quote for each claim but they did not insist on me getting more. Once the claim was submitted it took a day before I was made aware of the outcome of the claim. This was very efficient. I had only expected Discovery to get back to me in at least 3 days. Overall a fantastic experience. Thanks for making the entire process a pleasant one.
