insurance claim

Useless... pathetic service from DiscoveryInsure. My accident claim took 4 weeks to process (23Oct - 22Nov). I recieved a hire car for 30days and had to return the hire car yesterday 26Oct. on 23Nov I requested for an extention on the hire car wich was declined because accoarding to DiscoveryInsure ther was no delay in the claim proses (4weeks????). Today 27Nov I again requested for a hire car extention and was again declines due to no delay in the proses (4weeks). I have no other mode of transprot to and from work. Every call made to the call centre take no less than 20-30minutes which is also unacceptable. During this proses I have requeste twice to speak to a manager, and after 10-15min of holding on the line I had to end the call. I have requested for the manager to phone back and they never do.
