I was told to call the office at 8h00, I did so, Kagiso Shabangu was the appointed consultant who handled my case. She was warm and sympathetic. She offered assistance in terms of alternative transport options I had. She made arranged with Avis to provide me with the hired car. <br> The journey with her did not end there, she kept me updated with the progress of the claim and all the required documents to finalize the claim.
