Insurance claim

My son lost his hearing aid. I had to claim from my all risk with Discovery. The service I received from Awelani was out of this world. I received feedback immediately after logging the claim. More feedback was received as the claim progressed. Awelani was extremely polite and friendly on the line whilst keeping a perfectly professional pose. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her.
