Insurance claim

I was assisted by Tshepo Hlongwane to process and finalise my claim after the previous agent went Awol. He realised that the quotation I sent through was actually incomplete and advised to get another quotation with the full information. I really appreciate the efforts he made to speed up my claim. He was professional, he knew and understood what he was doing and I am satisfied and commend him for the good job well done.
