I have had a great claims experience dealing with Peter Rankhathali, firstly it was the humanness. He was the only person that took the time and care to check if im ok . Because of the nature of the claim, it took slightly long but he absulutely kept me abreast of the process and where we are with the claim. I felt in control and happy.
