Installment amount on my credit record profile that I do not know about

<p>I have sent the below message to Discovery, and even today they are still not responding.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been having this problem with DISCOVERY INSURE STI. They called me for an insurance quote that I did not take, it is over a year now; but my credit profile always reflect as if I have an account with Discovery of which I do not have. I called them several times such that they can remove my name on their system, but still even today nothing has been done.</p>
