Insruance debit order

Discovery deducted R150 via a debit order from my account without me making any changes on the insurance or any info from Discovery. I notified Discovery more than 2 weeks ago without feedback, only that the Finance department is looking into this. I called today (26/05/2020) and the response is that Discovery cannot find the debit order and I must submit my bank statements for a refund.
