Injustice of insurances

Hello Peter. My name is Shirley Ramabodu and am a Client of Discovery. On the 30th of September we experienced a terrible Natural disaster in my area and most of the houses and businesses were badly affected. My insurance refused to fix my house and even pay out the claim of Home contents saying the damage was caused by non maintenance of roofing. I tried to write to them so that I can provide them with a proof that I've been maintaining my house but they never responded to my email. To my surprise they always send messages on my phone warning us of hail storm but when we claim they reject our claims.
