(Initial) good claims experience

I was involved in a vehicle accident on 19 January. While I was still exchanging details with the other party, Discovery called me to inform me that they had detected an impact on my vehicle and to check if I needed medical assistance. They then arranged for my vehicle to be towed and booked a rental vehicle for me. Not once have I had to follow up on the status of my claim - they have kept contacting me to inform me of the progress (e.g. the approval for repair, the assessment result). They have also been in contact with the other party's insurance and waived my excess as a result.<br> <br> I have a complete feeling of being in good hands.
