*****ing money and cuasing bank charges

Multiple mails send to them trying to stop my policy with them and still they are deducting monay from account and cuasing bank charges for failed deductions. I am not getting any feedback from them after also informing them in my original mail that my details changed and that we have imigrated to NZ.
